The study employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation and analyzed through data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. Data credibility was strengthened through source and technique triangulation. The findings indicate that academic supervision was implemented through planning, classroom observation, feedback, professional guidance, and follow-up. The process functioned not only as a monitoring mechanism but also as a professional development strategy that encouraged teachers to reflect on and improve their instructional practices. The supervised performance dimensions included lesson planning, instructional implementation, classroom management, interaction with students, assessment, and reflection. The findings further indicate that the effectiveness of supervision depends on the continuity of professional guidance, the quality of communication, and the principal’s ability to adapt supervision to the characteristics of Madrasah Diniyah as a non-formal Islamic educational institution. These findings highlight the importance of contextual, communicative, and sustainable academic supervision in supporting teacher professional development and instructional improvement.
2026-09-10T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Akhmad Fauzi Hamzah, Noval Fadhlur Rohman, Muhammad Ubaidillah https://www.jurnal-inais.id/index.php/EMRR/article/view/1201 TEACHERS’ WORK COMMITMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF SCHOOL ORGANIZATIONS: A CASE STUDY AT SMP NEGERI 2 IN PAMIJAHAN DISTRICT 2026-08-29T16:38:57+00:00 Aryo Saputra radenaryo546@gmail.com Ima Rahmawati radenaryo546@gmail.com Muhamad Robie Awaludin radenaryo546@gmail.com
This study aims to analyze teachers’ work commitment at SMP Negeri 2 in Pamijahan District by examining its manifestations, supporting and inhibiting factors, and organizational conditions influencing its sustainability. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation involving 11 informants comprising the principal, vice principals, and teachers. Data were analyzed thematically through coding, categorization, theme development, and triangulation of sources and techniques. The findings indicate that teachers’ work commitment is primarily manifested through professional responsibility and concern for students, accompanied by work discipline, participation in school activities, collegial collaboration, and adaptability to change. Commitment is strengthened by supportive leadership, open communication, a conducive work environment, and opportunities for professional development. Conversely, workload, limited time, changing demands, and coordination challenges constitute conditions that require management. These findings highlight importance of integrating teacher commitment into human resource management and culture development.
2026-09-10T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Aryo Saputra, Ima Rahmawati, Muhamad Robie Awaludin https://www.jurnal-inais.id/index.php/EMRR/article/view/1157 ELECTRONIC ATTENDANCE AS A TOOL FOR STRENGTHENING SCHOOL ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE: A CASE STUDY AT SMP NEGERI 2 ARJASARI, BANDUNG REGENCY 2026-07-14T18:13:46+00:00 Asep Yanyan Setiawan wiranatakusumah02@gmail.com Hasim Bisri wiranatakusumah02@gmail.com Deding Ishak wiranatakusumah02@gmail.com Deti Rostini wiranatakusumah02@gmail.com
This study aims to analyze the contribution of Electronic Attendance (Daftar Hadir Elektronik/DHE) to changes in school organizational culture, particularly in work discipline, accountability, transparency, and digital adaptation, as well as to identify the factors supporting and constraining its implementation. This study employed a qualitative approach with a case study design at SMP Negeri 2 Arjasari, Bandung Regency, Indonesia. Eleven informants were selected, comprising the principal, vice principals, school operator, civil servant teachers, and educational staff. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation and analyzed interactively through data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The findings indicate that DHE contributes to strengthening school organizational culture by promoting more disciplined work routines, improving accountability and transparency in attendance management, and supporting digital adaptation. These changes are reflected in more objective attendance records, real-time monitoring, reduced opportunities for attendance manipulation, and greater attention to punctuality. The implementation is supported by school leadership and digital literacy assistance, while technical constraints and varying levels of user readiness remain challenges. The findings suggest that DHE functions not merely as an attendance recording system but also as a supporting instrument for strengthening organizational practices and digital governance in schools.
2026-09-10T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Asep Yanyan Setiawan, Hasim Bisri, Deding Ishak, Deti Rostini https://www.jurnal-inais.id/index.php/EMRR/article/view/1088 HOLISTIC INTEGRATIVE MANAGEMENT IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION: A SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW OF MODELS, IMPLEMENTATION, AND SERVICE INTEGRATION 2026-05-31T14:41:34+00:00 Dewi Sukma Muharromi wiranatakusumah02@gmail.com Asep Yanyan Setiawan wiranatakusumah02@gmail.com Hasim Bisri wiebigst87@gmail.com Cucu Nurjanah wiranatakusumah02@gmail.com Agus Mulyanto wiranatakusumah02@gmail.com Ade Tutty R. The review examined scholarly articles identified through the Scopus database covering the 2016–2026 publication period. The selection process followed the PRISMA stages and resulted in 23 primary articles and one additional article for thematic, narrative, and bibliometric synthesis using VOSviewer. The findings indicate that research on holistic integrative management has expanded particularly during 2021–2025, reflecting a shift from sectoral approaches toward multidimensional and cross-sectoral systems. The identified models include community- and family-based approaches, cross-sector coordination, stakeholder networks, and the use of technology and information systems. Implementation is supported by inter-organizational coordination, family and community engagement, policy support, and information capacity, while limited human resources, infrastructure, financing, data integration, and service access remain major barriers. Service integration encompasses education, health, parenting, nutrition, information, and stakeholder collaboration. These findings position holistic integrative management as a coordinated governance system centered on child development.
2026-09-10T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Dewi Sukma Muharromi, Asep Yanyan Setiawan, Hasim Bisri, Cucu Nurjanah, Agus Mulyanto, Ade Tutty R. A quantitative approach was employed, supported by a literature review. Data were collected through questionnaires administered to 50 active students from various higher education institutions and analyzed using simple linear regression. The results indicate that collection availability has a positive and significant effect on students’ library visit frequency, with a regression coefficient of 0.299, a t-value of 15.892, and a significance value of 0.000. The correlation coefficient of 0.917 indicates a very strong relationship between the variables, while the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.840 indicates that collection availability statistically explains 84.0% of the variation in students’ library visit frequency. These findings indicate that the relevance, currency, diversity, and alignment of library collections with students’ academic needs are important aspects in strengthening library utilization. The findings have practical implications for library managers in developing user-oriented collection development strategies.
2026-09-10T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Ima Rahmawati, Marwah Latifah https://www.jurnal-inais.id/index.php/EMRR/article/view/1160 HERMENEUTICS AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE FOR MANAGEMENT SCIENCE: AN INTERPRETIVE PERSPECTIVE IN ISLAMIC EDUCATION MANAGEMENT 2026-07-16T08:59:36+00:00 Noval Fadhlur Rohman novalabdulloh27@gmail.com H. This study aims to integrate philosophical hermeneutics as an analytical tool to solve the complexities of contemporary management science, with a particular accentuation on the spiritualization approach based on the integration of science and revelation within the realm of Islamic Education Management. Using a qualitative research method through library research, this article analyzes the philosophical hermeneutics of Wilhelm Dilthey and Paul Ricoeur, which are interconnected with the contemporary textual deconstruction methods of Khaled Abou El-Fadl and Muhammad Shahrur. The results show that hermeneutics provides a major methodological urgency in dissecting the maqasid (latent meanings) behind organizational management functions. Hermeneutics helps build a more humane and collective communication governance model in Islamic educational institutions, mediates Islamic boarding school (pesantren) governance in the digital era, and strengthens the epistemology of organizational behavior research rooted in tawhidic values.

Keywords: Hermeneutics; Islamic Education Management; Management Science; Spiritualization.
2026-09-10T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Noval Fadhlur Rohman, H. This study analyzes the leadership of the principal of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Abul Hasan, Durian Rabung Village, Padang Batung District, Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency, in developing a literacy culture. Using a qualitative case-study design, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with the principal, teachers, and students, supported by school documents and literacy-activity documentation. Data were analyzed by identifying patterns, categories, and themes, while source triangulation strengthened credibility. The findings show two core practices: Gerakan Kamis Manis (Thursday Reading and Writing) and a daily fifteen-minute reading routine. The principal acted as program initiator, coordinator, motivator, monitor, and resource mobilizer, while teachers supported implementation. The programs were perceived to strengthen reading interest, writing confidence, and communication. Constraints included limited book collections, library facilities, and teacher training. Sustainable literacy culture therefore requires participatory leadership, teacher commitment, adequate learning resources, and continuous evaluation.

Keywords: Leadership; Literacy Culture; Madrasah; Principal Leadership
2026-09-10T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 salman, Muhammad Najmi Fadilah, Muhammad Ubaidillah https://www.jurnal-inais.id/index.php/EMRR/article/view/1149 ANALYSIS OF THE SUSTAINABILITY OF PRIVATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS' REVENUE AL-FAISAL COLLEGE DOCUMENT STUDY, AUSTRALIA 2026-06-30T04:18:04+00:00 Silva Intan Fajar Saputri silvaintanfs@gmail.com Ahmad Fuzan Yasir fauzanyasir01@gmail.com Muhammad Munadi munadimahdiputra@gmail.com
This study analyzes the revenue structure, trends, and sustainability of Al-Faisal College, a prominent private Islamic educational institution in New South Wales, Australia, to understand its financial management within a secular, developed-country context. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research conducted a documentary analysis of official secondary data from the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) and the school’s internal annual reports from 2021 to 2025, while applying Resource Dependency Theory (RDT) to interpret the findings. The results reveal a paradoxical funding pattern where gross revenue is dominated by Gvernment Grants (over 84%), while student fees account for only 12–14.5%, a structure driven by the low Capacity to Contribute (CTC) score within Australia's Schooling Resource Standard (SRS) framework. In conclusion, while this public funding ensures institutional stability and provides a vital social safety net for the Muslim minority community, the extreme reliance on a single external donor poses long-term macro-political risks to institutional autonomy; therefore, strategic revenue diversification is recommended to mitigate these vulnerabilities.
2026-09-10T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Silva Intan Fajar Saputri, Ahmad Fuzan Yasir, Muhammad Munadi https://www.jurnal-inais.id/index.php/EMRR/article/view/1101 STRATEGIC PLANNING MANAGEMENT FOR EDUCATIONAL QUALITY TRANSFORMATION: A CASE STUDY AT SMAN 05 REJANG LEBONG 2026-06-11T07:24:23+00:00 Siti Nurlela Harahap sitiharahap910@gmail.com Mariza Septiani marizaseptiani90@gmail.com Sri Hariyani sriharyani58@guru.sma.belajar.id Abdul Shahid nursahib767@gmail.com
This study aims to describe the implementation of strategic planning management in transforming educational quality at SMAN 05 Rejang Lebong. Research informants consisted of the school principal, vice principals, subject teachers, and school committee members. Data analysis was carried out using Miles and Huberman's interactive model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that SMAN 05 Rejang Lebong implemented strategic planning through three main mechanisms: (1) formulation of a clear and measurable vision and mission involving all school stakeholders; (2) implementation of data-based programs through the School Management Information System; and (3) continuous evaluation with active involvement of parents and the community. The implementation of this strategic planning has contributed significantly to the improvement of educational quality, which is reflected in the increase in national examination scores, improvements in school organizational culture, and increased institutional accountability. This study concludes that effective strategic planning management requires strong leadership, institutional culture that supports collaboration, and a sustainable evaluation system.
2026-09-10T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Siti Nurlela Harahap, Mariza Septiani, Sri Hariyani, Abdul Shahid https://www.jurnal-inais.id/index.php/EMRR/article/view/816 TALENT MANAGEMENT AND YOUNG TEACHERS’ LEADERSHIP AT SMP-SMA IBNU ASH-SHOLAH TENJOLAYA 2025-08-08T13:20:17+00:00 Syariful Anam anamsyariful195@gmail.com Ima Rahmawati dafenta.ima13@gmail.com
This research intends to analyze the implementation of talent management in improving the leadership of young teachers at Ibnu Ash-Sholah Middle School.
