Development of Inquiry Learning-Based Student Worksheets on the Properties of Light to Improve the Understanding of Fifth Grade Elementary School Students

This study aims to develop and determine the feasibility of an Inquiry Learning-based Student Worksheet (LKPD) on the topic of light properties for fifth-grade elementary school students. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model, which was limited to the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, and Evaluation. The research subjects consisted of two material experts and two media experts as validators. Data were collected using validation questionnaires with a Likert scale. The data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative methods by calculating the feasibility score percentages. The results showed that the validation by material experts reached 84.71%, which was categorized as very feasible, while the validation by media experts reached 98.57%, also categorized as very feasible. The overall average feasibility score reached 91.64%, which was categorized as very feasible. Therefore, the Inquiry Learning-based LKPD on the topic of light properties is considered highly feasible as teaching material to support science learning for fifth-grade elementary school students.
