This study aims to analyze the contribution of Electronic Attendance (Daftar Hadir Elektronik/DHE) to changes in school organizational culture, particularly in work discipline, accountability, transparency, and digital adaptation, as well as to identify the factors supporting and constraining its implementation. This study employed a qualitative approach with a case study design at SMP Negeri 2 Arjasari, Bandung Regency, Indonesia. Eleven informants were selected, comprising the principal, vice principals, school operator, civil servant teachers, and educational staff. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation and analyzed interactively through data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The findings indicate that DHE contributes to strengthening school organizational culture by promoting more disciplined work routines, improving accountability and transparency in attendance management, and supporting digital adaptation. These changes are reflected in more objective attendance records, real-time monitoring, reduced opportunities for attendance manipulation, and greater attention to punctuality. The implementation is supported by school leadership and digital literacy assistance, while technical constraints and varying levels of user readiness remain challenges. The findings suggest that DHE functions not merely as an attendance recording system but also as a supporting instrument for strengthening organizational practices and digital governance in schools.
