The positivistic approach in modern management science often gets trapped in numbers and quantitative efficiency, thereby failing to read human dynamics, cultural conflicts, and organizational communication crises. This study aims to integrate philosophical hermeneutics as an analytical tool to solve the complexities of contemporary management science, with a particular accentuation on the spiritualization approach based on the integration of science and revelation within the realm of Islamic Education Management. Using a qualitative research method through library research, this article analyzes the philosophical hermeneutics of Wilhelm Dilthey and Paul Ricoeur, which are interconnected with the contemporary textual deconstruction methods of Khaled Abou El-Fadl and Muhammad Shahrur. The results show that hermeneutics provides a major methodological urgency in dissecting the maqasid (latent meanings) behind organizational management functions. Hermeneutics helps build a more humane and collective communication governance model in Islamic educational institutions, mediates Islamic boarding school (pesantren) governance in the digital era, and strengthens the epistemology of organizational behavior research rooted in tawhidic values.
