TALENT MANAGEMENT AND YOUNG TEACHERS’ LEADERSHIP AT SMP-SMA IBNU ASH-SHOLAH TENJOLAYA

This research intends to analyze the implementation of talent management in improving the leadership of young teachers at Ibnu Ash-Sholah Middle School. This research uses a simple question approach that can refer to teacher performance. Based on the results of direct observations and interviews with deputy leaders, the results of the research show that talent management for teachers at Ibnu Ash-Sholah Middle School has been implemented quite well, but requires a lot of evaluation and development of the existing teaching staff. Several important aspects that need to be considered in developing teacher performance are, such as holding special basic leadership training, as well as holding seminars and comparative studies which are useful for improving the quality of teacher leadership.
