PELATIHAN MANAJEMEN PRODUKSI KONTEN EDUKASI BERBASIS VIDEO BAGI GURU DAN SISWA SMA NEGERI DI KABUPATEN BOGOR

Pelatihan manajemen produksi konten edukasi berbasis video bagi guru dan siswa di SMAN se-Kabupaten Bogor bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan teknis, pemahaman pedagogis, dan literasi media digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode partisipatif dengan pendekatan praktik langsung (hands-on training), melibatkan 40 peserta (15 guru dan 25 siswa). Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan analisis karya video, lalu dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada keterampilan pra-produksi, produksi, dan pascaproduksi, khususnya dalam kreativitas visual, kualitas gambar, dan keterpaduan alur cerita. Meskipun kualitas audio masih menjadi tantangan, antusiasme peserta tinggi dengan 95% terlibat aktif dalam setiap tahap. Pelatihan juga mengubah persepsi guru terhadap produksi video dari proses yang rumit menjadi keterampilan yang dapat diintegrasikan dalam pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini berimplikasi pada terbentuknya model pelatihan yang dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain untuk mendorong ekosistem pembelajaran digital yang kreatif dan adaptif.
