Community service is an essential part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education aimed at improving community welfare through the utilization of local potential. This community service activity was carried out in Dukuh Village, Cibungbulang District, Bogor Regency, focusing on the education of innovative healthy beverage products made from vegetables called BOBAYUR (Vegetable Boba). The implementation methods included village potential surveys, socialization, product-making training, business mentoring, and evaluation activities. The results showed that the community had high enthusiasm for developing innovative products based on local vegetables. The BOBAYUR product not only provides a healthy beverage alternative but also creates new business opportunities and increases the economic value of agricultural products. Therefore, this educational activity successfully improved community skills in processing agricultural products and supported community empowerment based on local potential.
